EAMCET Medical Counseling - MBBS, BDS Last Ranks

Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada (AP) shall conduct EAMCET 2010 Medical Counseling 2010 for admission into MBBS, BDS and other medical and allied sciences. As of the date following are the statistics of the medical education in Andhra Pradesh.

Medical Colleges and Seats info:

Toal Medical Colleges: 34
Govt. Medical Colleges: 18
Private Medical COlleges: 16
Number of seats available in all MBBS colleges: 4700
A- Category seats: 50 % (2350)
B- Category seats: 10 % (470)
C- Category seats (Management Quota): 40 % (1880)

Dental Colleges and seats info:

Total Colleges: 21
Govt. Dental Colleges: 3 (Total 180 seats)
Private Dental Colleges: 18 (Total 1635 seats)
A Category seats: 760
B Category seats: 75
C Category seats: 800

Candidates have to apply online for online counseling for Medical, dental and other courses. There will be helpline centers across the state to assist the candidates attending for counseling. Detailed Counseling Schedule Notification will be released very soon.
