DIETCET 2011 Second Phase Counseling Schedule

Department of School Education, Government of Andhra Pradesh has issued notification for Second Phase (2nd Phase) counseling for DIETCET 2011 qualified candidates for admission to D.Ed. (Diploma in Education) Govt DIETs and Private Elementary Teacher Training Colleges. D. Ed. is earlier known as TTC (Teacher Training Certificate Course). DIETCET 2011 qualified candidates can attend for the counseling at Keys Girls High School, Near Secunderabad Railway Station. Counseling will be conducted from 30-11-2011 to 04-12-2011. The candidates should produce all the certificates in original along with a set of Xerox copies. Following are details of DIETCET 2nd / final phase counseling schedule, certificate to eb produced, rank wise schedule and seats allotment.

Required certificates are viz 1) DIETCET-2011 Rank card and Hall Ticket, 2) Date of Birth Certificate (SSC) 3) Study certificates for preceding seven years 4) Pass Certificate / Memorandum of Marks of qualifying examination 5) Integrated Community Certificate in case of reserved (BC/SC/ST) candidates 6) Latest Income certificate of parents of SC / ST / BC candidates for claiming fee exemption 7) Residence certificate for non-local candidates and 8) Transfer Certificate. Fee for Govt. DIETs is Rs. 2385 and for Private D.Ed. Colleges is Rs. 12500. Candidates are requested to keep in mind that more number of candidates are called for counseling than the seats available. Hence, just attending the counseling does not guarantee a seat. Candidates can download their rank cards from www.dietcet2011.net to attend the counseling. The candidates attending for DIETCET 2011 counseling should have 45 percent marks (for OC,BC) and 40 percent marks (for SC,ST) in intermediate.
