CEEP 2012 Certificate Verification and Web Counseling Schedule

Department of Technical Education, Government of Andhra Pradesh has announced CEEP 2012 Counseling Schedule for admission to Polytechnic Courses for the academic year 2012-13. Qualified candidates in CEEP 2012 can attend for certificate verification and later option exercise for web based counseling. Seat allotment also will be through online procedure. Counseling will be held from 2nd July to 7th July 2012.

Certificate verification for admission to polytechnics will start from 29th June 2012 at 33 polytechnic Helpline Centers across the state. See the schedule here:
Date wise schedule for certificate verification (SC / ST/ BC/ OC / Minorities):

1) 29-06-2012: Rank 1 to Rank 20000
2) 30-06-2012: Rank 20001 to Rank 40000
3) 01-07-2012: Rank 40001 to Rank 60000
4) 02-07-2012: Rank 60001 to Rank 85000
5) 03-07-2012: Rank 85001 to Rank 110000
6) 04-07-2012: Rank 110001 to Rank 135000
7) 05-07-2012: Rank 135001 to Rank 160000
8) 06-07-2012: Rank 160001 to Rank 200300

Entry of Web Options:

1) 02-07-2012 and 03-07-2012: Rank 1 to Rank 50000
2) 04-07-2012 and 05-07-2012 : Rank 50001 to rank 120000
3) 06-07-2012 and 07-07-2012 : Rank 120001 to rank 200300

Detailed schedule of certificate verification, exercise of web options and seat allotment schedule will also be available on the official websites at apceep.nic.in , dteap.nic.in or sbtetap.gov.in . The detailed notification will also be displayed in all Government polytechnic colleges in Andhra Pradesh. Following are important date of CEEP 2012 Counseling:

1. Certificate Verification in Helpline Centers: 29th June - 6th July 2012
2. Web options entry: 2nd July - 7th July 2012
3. Corrections in Web options: 8th July 2012
4. Allotment of seats: 11th July 2012.

Reporting at the College: Candidates can download allotment orders from the websites apceep.nic.in , dteap.ni.in or sbtetap.gov.in. They should report at the allotted college along with fee receipt as per the schedule published on the allotment order. If you do not like to join in the allotted college, you should not report at the college. Then your allotted seat will be cancelled and you will be eligible to participate in next round of counseling.
