Andhra University - B.Com in Customer Service Management Course 2015

Applications are invited by the Andhra University, Visakhapatnam for admissions into Degree programmes for the academic year 2015-16. The selection process will consist of computer knowledge and familiarity test, typing test, written, Spoken English Language test and personal interview.

B.Com in Customer Service Management : 30 seats.
Eligibility : Applicants must have passed in Intermediate or its equivalent with good communication skills and have knowledge of computer applications.
Duration of course : 3 years.
