Part - C:

13. X purchases a type writer from Y on Y's undertaking that though it is old, it is an excellent condition. X finds that the typewriter does not work at all. Can he reject the type writer and recover his money.

14. Ramu agrees to sell 100 mounds of rice to Tirupati out of a larger quantity lying in the godown. According to the agreement Tirupati sends gunny bags for the price and puts 100 mounds of rice in them and inform Tirupati of the same. But before Tirupati could take delivery, the godown catches fire and the bags are damaged. Who is to suffer the loss?

15. A gave his wife authority to buy goods from B. A become insane, but the wife continued to buy from B, who did not know of A's insanity. Is A liable to B?

16. A undertakes to save free from liability arising out of any proceedings which C may take against B in respect of a certain sum of Rs. 200. What is the nature of this contract?

Part -C

13. A, the monarch ruler of state X was dethroned and so he f led to state Y. The new government sought recognition from Y. While Y has not yet decided to give recognition to it, the dethroned monarch A tried to recover state money deposited in the bak of Y. The new government contested the same in the court of Y and A pleaded immunity - Decide.

14. A, a foreign citizen is injured in an unanticipated mob attack, in the country X. Can the Y, the country to which A belong claim damages from X?

15. A boundary treaty is concluded between X and Y. Later Z succeeded X. Will Z succeed to the boundary treaty originally concluded between X and Y?

16. X sought extradition of A who is accused of an offence in state X but is not an offence in state Y to which A escaped. Is extradition allowed?

ECET 2014 Certificate Verification from 28th June

APSCHE has released ECET 2014 counseling notification through which admission into Engineering courses through lateral entry will be conducted for the academic year 2014-15. The qualified candidates of ECET 2014 have to attend for certificate verification from 28th June 2014. Detailed counseling schedule is available on the website ecet.nic.in .

The pharmacy candidates will be called for counseling during final phase only. Candidates should attend for certificate verification with all the original certificates.

Dates wise and rank wise schedule for certificate verification, exercise of web options and seat allotments will be available on the website ecet.nic.in. The seats will be allotted as per the merit in the entrance examination and reservations.
