Telangana EAPCET Medical Counselling Updates 2026

The Telangana EAMCET, now officially known as TG EAPCET, plays a crucial role for students aiming to pursue medical and allied courses such as B.Pharm, Pharm.D, and other life sciences programs. As 2026 approaches, students are actively looking for clear updates about the counselling process and what to expect next.

Latest Updates on TS EAMCET 2026

The TS EAMCET 2026 application process is expected to take place in the early months of the year, with exams likely scheduled around May 2026 for the Agriculture and Medical stream. Results are generally announced within a few weeks after the examination, making candidates eligible for the next stage—counselling.

Expected Counselling Dates

Based on previous trends, the TS EAMCET medical counselling process for 2026 is expected to begin between June and July. The official notification will confirm exact dates, but students should be ready by the end of June for registration and initial steps.

Stages of the Counselling Process

The counelling process is conducted in an online mode and includes several important stages. First, candidates must register and pay the counselling fee. After registration, they need to book a slot for certificate verification at designated centers.

Once the verification is completed, students can proceed to the option entry stage, where they select their preferred colleges and courses. After this, seat allotment results are released based on rank, category, and preferences. Candidates who are allotted seats must confirm their admission by reporting to the respective college.

Documents Required

Students must carry all required documents during the counselling process. These generally include the hall ticket, rank card, Aadhaar card, academic certificates, transfer certificate, caste certificate (if applicable), and income certificate. Proper documentation is essential to avoid any issues during admission.

Counselling Phases

The TS EAMCET counselling is usually conducted in multiple phases. Phase 1 is the main round, followed by Phase 2 for students who want to upgrade or did not get a seat earlier. A final phase or spot admission round may also be conducted to fill remaining vacant seats.

Tips for Students

Students should prepare a list of preferred colleges and courses in advance to make the option entry process easier. It is also important to keep track of deadlines and complete each step carefully. Being well-prepared can significantly improve the chances of getting a desired seat.

The TS EAMCET medical counselling 2026 process is an important step for students planning to enter the medical and allied fields. With the process expected to begin around June or July, staying informed and organized will help students navigate counselling smoothly and secure admission in a suitable college.
