Andhra Pradesh University of Law (AP University of Law), Visakhapatnam issued notification for admission to Integrated 5 year B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) for the year 2011-12. AP University of Law is a newly established institution in Andhra Pradesh for training in legal education. A.P. University of Law has Academic centers at Kadapa and Nizamabad along with its main campus at Visakhapatnam. There are 60 seats in each branch. B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) is a five years course. Following are details of eligibility and application procedure:
Eligibility Requirements: AP University of Law admits students to the above course through rankings and merit list of CLAT 2011. All the applicants should have passed in 10+2 or its equivalent examination from any recognised institution. They must apply and write CLAT- 2011 in order to apply for B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) offered by AP University of Law and its centers.
Candidates have to apply to the University separately after securing rank in CLAT 2011. You can download application from the University website apulvisakha.org. DIETCET 2011-D.Ed. Notification, Results and Counseling
Department of School Education, Government of Andhra Pradesh has released DIETCET 2011 Notification for admission to D.Ed. Course (Diploma in Education) for the years 2011-2013. DIETCET is a common entrance test for admission to two year course in Districts Institutes of Education adn Training (DIETs). D.Ed. candidates are eligible for teacher jobs in Government Primary Schools in Andhra Pradesh. They can write D.s.C. exam and can settle early in career.
Educational Qualification for DIETCET 2011: The applicants must have minimum 45 percent marks in their Intermediate Examination (40 percent is enough for SC, ST and PWD Students). Those students studying Intermediate vocational courses are not eligible for the DIETCET 2011 entrance Examination. Those appearing for final year exams in 2011 also can apply for DIETCET 2011. Applicants should have complete 17 years of age as on 01-09-2011.
Application Procedure: DIET CET 2011 applications are made available in all Head post offices and all e-seva centers across the state. Application fee is Rs.200/- . The applications are available at above places from 01-03-2011 to 02-04-2011 in all working days only .
Filled in applications should be sent to 'Convenor, DIETCET- 2011, Office of Commissioner and Director of School Education, Beside Telephone Bhavan, Saifabad, Hyderabad- 500004. All the details of the entrance test will be available in instruction booklet available with application. Old Question papers / previous DIETCET papers will also be made available here very soon.
