NTR Health University Ph.D. Admissions 2011-2012 | Full Time and Part Time Modes

Dr. NTR University of Health Science, Vijayawada issued notification for admission into Ph.D. Course in Medical Sciences and its allied subjects for the year 2011-2012. The University is offering Ph.D. Programs in Part Time and Full Time mode. NTR University has revised regulations for Ph.D. Programs from the academic year 2011-2012. Eligibility for Full Time Ph.D.: Candidates should have any one of these qualifications:

1. MD,MS, DNB, MDS or MSc - Medical in any subject allied to Medical Sciences of Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences.
2. Master’s degree recognised by Central Councils like MCI, DCI, CCIM, INC, etc.
3. M.Sc. in subjects related to Medical sciences such as Biochemistry, Microbiology, Genetics, Biotechnology, Zoology etc.
4. M.Phil. in Medical Sciences.
5. MBBS with P.G. Diploma and two papers published in reputed journals.
6. Graduation (i.e. MBBS) and two papers

Eligibility for Part Time Ph.D:

1. Teachers with relevant qualifications mentioned above for full time Ph.D. and working in colleges affiliated to NTR University and University departments.
2. Teachers/ Scientists/ Researchers working in State and National Research Institutes/ Universities with minimum 5 years of experience.

Candidates can download application forms from the website ntruhs.ap.nic.in . Detailed regulations and guides list and specializations also available on the website. Application fee is Rs. 1000. This has to be paid in the form of DD drawn in favour of 'The Registrar, Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences payable at Vijayawada. Filled in forms should reach the 'Deputy Registrar (Admissions), Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada - 8'. Last date for the submission of applications is 25-06-2011.

DIETCET 2011 Results will be announced on 15th June 2011 on the following websites. DIETCET 2011 (District Institute of Education and Training Common Entrance Test) is an entrance test for admission into D.Ed. (Diploma in Education) in Andhra Pradesh. Governments owned District Institutes of Education and Training (DIETs) / Private Elementary Teacher Training Colleges admit students based on the ranks of DIETCET 2011. D.Ed. is earlier known as TTC (Teacher Training Certificate Course). The Key, Results, Counseling details of DIETCET 2011 will be conducted and released by Department of School Education, Andhra Pradesh and the same will be uploaded to www.dietcet2011.net.
