Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh issued notification for admission into B.Ed., M.Ed. and B.Ed. (Special Education) courses for the academic year. BRAOU is the first open university in India. Above courses will be offered in Distance Education Mode for the academic year 2011-12. Ambedkar Open University has started B.Ed. Special Education in distance mode from the last academic year. Following are details of eligibility and application procedure:
Eligibility Requirements for various courses:
1. For B.Ed.: Applicants should have any Graduation with at least 55 percent marks along with minimum two years of teaching experience in any recognised school in Andhra Pradesh.
2. For M.Ed. Course: Candidates should have B.Ed./ B.EL.ED. with at least 55 percent marks
3. For B.Ed. Special Education Course: Candidates need any Graduation with at least 55 percent marks.
How to apply: Candidates can obtain application forms from designated regional centers of the BRAOU. Applications may also available at Dr. B.R. EDCET 2011 counseling is likely to start from first week of July 2011.
