ECET 2011 Certificate Verification, Options, Seat Allotment, Counseling Details

Notification for ECET 2011 Web Counseling has been announced by the APSCHE, Hyderabad. All the ECET 2011 (For Diploma Holders and B.Sc. Graduates) qualified and eligible B.Sc. Candidates have to appear for certificate verification as per the schedule given below. Students can attend for certificate verification at any designated Helpline Center. Candidates will be allotted a password an they have to submit web options through ECET 2011 website apecet.nic.in from any place of their convenience. Following are details of certificates to be produced, engineering branches available for ECET candidates, procedure to exercise web options, seat allotments, fee payment and reporting at allotted engineering colleges.

Certificates to be produced for verification:

1. ECET 2011 Rank card or Hall Ticket and Marks Memo
2. Provisional Diploma or Degree certificate
3. Proof of Date of Birth (SSC / 10th class)
4. Study certificates from VII to Diploma or IX to Degree (For B.Sc. Candidates)
5. Residence certificate for last 7 years in case of private candidates
6. Residence certificates in case of Non Local Candidates
7. Caste certificates for reserved candidates
8. Income certificate (for claiming fee exemption) in the prescribed format

Schedule for Certificate Verification and Exercising Options:

All B.Sc. and Diploma Candidates of all branches can attend for certificate verification between 14/07/2011 - 18/07/2011 as per the schedule from any helpline center / home / internet cafe. CAP/ NCC/ SP category students can attend for certificate verification from 14th July 2011 to 16th July 2011.

All B.Sc. and Diploma Candidates can exercise web options through internet from 16th July 2011 to 20th July 2011. All other details can be obtained from apecet.nic.in. Following is the detailed advertisement of ECET 2011 Counseling:

ePass - Renewal of Post Matric Scholarships 2011-12 | Tuition Fee Reimbursement Scheme in AP

Government of Andhra Pradesh is inviting online applications through ePass website for the renewal of Post Matric Scholarships for the year 2011-12. The scholarship scheme is more popular in Andhra Pradesh as Tution Fee Reimbursement Scheme. Under this scheme, Students pursuing various Post Matric Courses in Andhra Pradesh can apply for the scholarships for the year 2011-2012. All SC/ ST/ BC/ Minority/ EBC and any other students with parental income of less than Rs. 1 lakh are eligible for fee reimbursement. Candidates need to apply for the renewal of their scholarships for the academic year 2011-12 through ePass (Electronic Payment and Application System of Scholarships) website at http://epass.cgg.gov.in/. Details of eligible courses, colleges, fee structure, approval procedure, types of scholarships offered, and relevant Government Orders are available on ePass website at http://epasswebsite.cgg.gov.in/ .

Students who are in the second year of professional courses such as Engineering, Medicine, Pharmacy, Graduation etc can apply for the scholarships. Online application facility on the ePass website will be available from 2nd July 2011. Last date for the online application is 31st July 2011. Following are other details of the Post Matric Scholarships in Andhra Pradesh for the year 2011-12. Government will release separate notification for Fresh / New students who will be joining in various professional courses for the year 2011-12. Here is a step by step procedure to apply for the renewal of scholarships:

Step 2: Enter Application ID, User ID and Pass Word (If you forgot your user ID and Password, you can get the same through filling some data at http://epassrenew.cgg.gov.in/StudentRenewal2011.do )
Step 3: Fill all the details
Step 4: Take a Print out of the Application and follow the guidelines mentioned.

Renewal Candidates also need to submit the income declaration form in the format available on the ePass website. You can download the form from the link http://epass.cgg.gov.in/downloads/INCOME_DECLARATION_FORM.doc . The scholarship amount, if sanctioned will be directly credited into the accounts (SBI eZ Pay Cards Accounts OR Personal Bank Accounts) of students in the due process. The applications will be scrutinized at various stages and will be sent to final approval from the department of revenue, Govt. of Andhra Pradesh. Concerned colleges also have to furnish required details of students and follow the procedure for getting the scholarship amount of the students enrolled.

The most ambitious scheme of tuition fee reimbursement was introduced by late Chief Minister of AP, Dr. Y.S. Rajasekhar Reddy. Students of all castes / communities with parental income of less than Rs. 1 lakh for annum are eligible for tution fee reimbursement under Post Matric Scholarship Scheme. Students have to submit income and caste certificates along with fulfilling other requirements stipulated by the Government time to time.

Kakatiya KUCET 2011 Results, Counseling Schedule and Rank Cards

Kakatiya University will announce KUCET 2011 results on the official website of the university www.kakatiya.ac.in. KUCET 2011 results of KU also will be displayed on the popular results websites like schools9.com, manabadi.com etc. Kakatiya University (KU), Warangal has conducted Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (PGCET 2011)for admission into various PG and PG Diploma courses in Kakatiya University and Satavahana University, Karimnagar for the academic year 2011-12.
