IGNOU Regional Centers at Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam and Vijayawada have announced admission notification for July 2012 session. IGNOU is offering distance education programmes in MCA, BCA, BPP, MA, M.Com, MSW, BA, B.Com, B.Sc, BTS, BSW, B.Sc Hons. BLIS etc. All the programmes are offered in distance mode and available at regional centers of Hyderabad, Vijayawada and Visakhapatnam.
Interested candidates can obtain application forms from regional centers mentioned above. Cost of application is Rs. 100. You can also download application forms from www.ignou.ac.in and send it along with a DD for Rs. 100 drawn infavour of IGNOU. Application forms are also available at IGNOU study centers across the state.
IGNOU study centers are located at Hyderabad (Panjagutta, Nampally, LB Nagar, Chikkadapalli), Warangal, Anantapur, Kurnool, Vijayawada, Guntur, Tirupati, Kandukur, Visakhapatnam, Kakinada, Khammam, Bhimavaram, Vizianagaram and Srikakulam. Last date for the receipt of completed applications is 15th June 2012 for BCA, MCA and BPP programmes and 30th July 2012 for all other courses. You can also submit filled in forms till 14th August with a late fee of Rs. 200.
AP Residential Colleges for Tribals Admission Counseling 2012
Andhra Pradesh Residential Schools for Tribals, Government of Andhra Pradesh has announced that the admission counseling for Intermediate Course (First Year) for the academic year 2012-13 will be conducted on 1st June 2012. The students can attend for the counseling at respective District Conveners (Principals of the Colleges) at 10 AM. Candidates should attend the counseling on time. AP Traibal Welfare Society coordinates the admission into these colleges. Intermediate Education will be provided with free of cost at these institutions. There will be good hostels, food and lodging facilities. Students should attend for the counseling with required documents and nominal fee if any prescribed by the Govt. of Andhra Pradesh.
These institutions are also providing training for engineering and medical entrance examinations such as EAMCET, IIT JEE, AIEEE and other tests with free os cost. Candidates from poor families who can not afford corporate Intermediate education will generally opt for these colleges. There are 48 colleges. Out of these 33 are for boys and 15 are for girls. Total strength of these colleges is 27343.

EDCET 2012 Hall Tickets Download
Candidates those applied for EDCET 2012 can download their Hall Tickets / Admit Cards from the official website of EDCET at www.edcet2012.info or www.andhrauniversity.info. The hall tickets will also be dispatched to the correspondence addresses of the candidates. The hall tickets are available on the website for download from 25th May 2012.
EDCET 2012 Convener N. Venkata Rao has informed that the details of examination centers of the candidates will also be communicated through the mobile numbers registered by them at the time of submitting applications. Candidates who have applied online but did not pay the fee shall send the DD for Rs. 150 on or before 28th May 2012. Complete details can be obtained from the websites mentioned above.
