Birla Institute of Technology and Science Pilani (Dubai Campus) is organizing Admission Information Session for the interested students and parents. Bits Pilani Dubai Campus is the only International Campus of the institute. All the interested MPC students can participate in the session. There will be a presentation by the official of the institute. There will also be an interaction and consultation session. The Admission Information Sessions will be held at Hyderabad and Visakhapatnam.
No pre - registration is required to attend the programme. Parents of the students also can attend the session. Applications for admission also will be accepted. Following are the details of venues of the session.

CEEP 2011 Last Ranks and Cut Offs for All Colleges
The Department of Technical Education, Government of Andhra Pradesh will conduct the CEEP 2012 counseling for admission to Diploma Courses offered in Polytechnics across the state of Andhra Pradesh. The cut offs / last ranks of the candidates joined in Polytechnics for the year 2011-12 are available on the CEEP website at apceep.nic.in . Details of last ranks for Institute wise, Branch wise and category wise are uploaded to the CEEP website.
Candidates should note that the last rank details does not reflect the candidates admitted in special reservation categories such as PH, NCC, Sports and Games, Children of Armed Personnel (CAP) seats. It also does not represent last ranks in State wide colleges and Minority colleges. Candidates have to enter the details of category, branch and choose the college name and district to get the details of last ranks for the year 2011.
CEEP 2012 candidates can use the date for information purpose only. They can predict / estimate the chances of getting a seat in the college and course of their choice based on the last year cut offs / last ranks. Polytechnic Colleges are offering courses such as Automobile, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Information Technology, Mining Engineering, Packaging Technology, Printing Technology, Leather Technology etc.

The counseling process for CEEP 2012 has been started. Candidates from Rank 1 to 200300 have been allotted different dates to exercise web options through CEEP website at apceep.nic.in. The web options procedure will commence from 2nd July 2012 and will end on 7th July 2012. Following is the rank wise schedule for exercising web options:
1) From 02-07-2012 to 03-07-2012: Rank 1 to 50000
2) From 04-07-2012 to 05-07-2012: Rank 50001 to 120000
3) From 06-07-2012 to 07-07-2012: Rank 120001 to 200300
Modification of frozen options: Candidates will be given a chance to carry modifications to the frozen options on 8th July 2012. You can modify the details / options from any held line centers of CEEP 2012. CEEP is an entrance examination for admission to Diploma Courses in Polytechnics in Andhra Pradesh.
