Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) has issued admission notification for VIII class in Rashtriya Indian Military College (RIMC) Dehradun for the term July 2013. The examination will be held on 1st December 2012 and 2nd December 2012 at Hyderabad only. Boys only eligible to apply for RIMC.
Candidates should be studying Class VII or passed in Class VII from any recognized school. The age should not be less than 11 1/2 years and should not have attained the age of 13 years as on 1st July 2013.
Interested candidates can apply in the prescribed format available at Additional Secretary, AP Public Service Commission, Hyderabad in person or on payment of Rs. 400 for General candidates and Rs. 335 for SC and ST candidates. The prospectus along with previous question papers can also be obtained from Commandant, RIMC, Dehradun - 248002. Last date for the receipt of completed applications is 30th September 2012.
AP Post Matric Scholarships for Minorities 2012-13 Online Registrations
The Government of Andhra Pradesh has opened Online Registrations for Post Matric Scholarships for the year 2012-13. The online registration process will commence from 11th July 2012 through the official website of AP State Minorities Finance Corporation at www.apsmfc.com .
All the interested and eligible minority candidates who were selected for Post Matric Scholarship for the year 2011-12 and those continuing their education shall register online through prescribed application form in www.apsmfc.com . Last date for the online registrations is 15th August 2012.
Apart from this, the scholarships are also offered under Government of India Post Matric Scholarship Scheme for the year 2012-13. Candidates can register for these through a link provided on the website at www.apsmfc.com (GOI Post Matric Scholarship Online Entry 2012-13). Students who are studying Intermediate have to select following options:
1) Intermediate 1st year: XI Arts / XI Science / XI Commerce and should select course year as 1
2) Intermediate 2nd year: XII Arts / XII Science / XII Commerce and should select course year as 2
