Department of Technical Education, Government of Andhra Pradesh (DTEAP) has announced notification for admission to Diploma in Hotel Management and Catering Technology (DHMCT). Duration of the course is 3 years.
Applicants should have passed in Intermediate in any group / subjects. They should have obtained minimum 45 percent marks in Intermediate. Reserved category candidates need at least 40 percent marks.
Interested candidates can download application forms from the DTEAP website at dteap.nic.in . Last date for the receipt of filled in application forms is 24th July 2012. Admission counseling will be held on 25th July 2012. For more details, you can contact at 99123 42003 and 99123 42019.
EDCET 2012 Rank Cards Download and Counseling Dates
Candidates those qualified in EDCET 2012 (Education Common Entrance Test) can download rank cards from the EDCET official website at edcet2012.info . The EDCET 2012 Convener Nimma Venkata Rao has informed that the rank cards download facility has been provided for all the eligible candidates.
Candidates should enter hall ticket number and date of birth OR registration number to get rank cards. Candidates have to attend for the certificate verification along with downloaded rank cards. The EDCET authorities will not send rank cards in any other way (by post / courier).
The APSCHE chairman has informed that the counseling schedule for EDCET 2012 will be released after the finalization of EAMCET 2012 counseling schedule. Detailed schedule of EDCET 2012 counseling will be displayed on the website www.edcet2012.info. The counseling is most likely to be commenced from second / third week of August 2012.

The results of the common entrance examination conducted for the Language Pundits (LPCET) courses in Andhra Pradesh for the academic year 2012-13 has been released. The LPCET 2012 results can be accessed from http://lpcet2012.cgg.gov.in/lpcetResults397415800218.cet . Candidates have to enter their hall ticket number to get the results.
Admission to Telugu, Hindi and Urdu Pundit courses for the academic year 2012-13 will be through ranks secured in LPCET 2012 only. There will be a centralized counseling for the qualified candidates. Detailed counseling schedule will be announced soon by the authorities.
