Telangana University, Dichpally, Nizamabad (Andhra Pradesh) has announced admission notification for Five Year Dual Degree course in Manament for the academic year 2012-13. Application forms in the prescribed format are invited by the University for admission to the above course to be offered at South Campus, Bhiknoor.
This is offered in self finance mode. Available seats are 60. Candidates should have passed in Intermediate / 12th class in any group / subjects. They should have minimum 45 percent marks or equivalent grade. SC and ST candidates need at least 40 percent marks. Last date for the submission of filled in application forms is 13th August 2012.

GNM Admissions Revised Schedule 2012-13
Directorate of Medical Education, Governemnt of Andhra Pradesh (DMEAP) has issued an addendum to the earlier notification announced for admission to General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) Course for the academic year 2012-13. The last date for the payment of the fee and online applications for the above course has been extended as mentioned below. Duration of the programme is 3 1/2 years (Three and half years). Following is the revised schedule for admissions:
Admission to GNM course in the Government and Private Nusring Schools will be through this notification. Candidates can now pay the fee till 21st August 2012. Interested candidates can apply through official website dme.ap.nic.in till 21st August 2012 (5 PM).
Convener quota seats in all Government and private nursing schools will be filled through counseling. Admission counseling will be held on 31st August 2012. Classes will commence from 3rd September 2012. Detailed notification along with revised schedule and online application process are available on the website dme.ap.nic.in .

EAMCET 2012 Counseling News - Uniform Fee for All Seats
The decks have almost cleared for the release of EAMCET 2012 Counseling schedule. The Supreme Court of India on Wednesday supported the High Court of Andhra Pradesh ruling on common fee (Unified fee) for all the colleges and seats in Engineering admissions. The SC has upheld the judgement of AP High Court in 2011 to implement uniform fee and do away with A and B category seats in Engineering admissions.
The Supreme Court ruling may pave the way for the announcement of EAMCET 2012 Web Counseling Schedule. The SC also expressed concerns over the implementation of Fee reimbursement scheme for private engineering colleges. If the SC guidelines were followed by the colleges and Government, there is no Management Quota in terms of fee. The colleges have to collect the same fee for Convener and Management Quota seats.
On the other hand, managements of several private engineering colleges are demanding to hike the fee. Number of other colleges, which may not have proper infrastructure and facilities have agreed to accept the present fee structure and ready to commence the academic year 2012-13. The Supreme Court also differed with the view of Admissions and Fee Regulation Commission (AFRC) to increase fee considering the increasing of salaries to the faculty and other costs to the management.
