Changes in EAMCET Web Counseling Schedule 2012

The Government of Andhra Pradesh has changed the web counseling schedule 2012 as the it has failed to take a decision on fee structure for the academic year 2012-13. The Web Counseling has been postponed for a day as the new fee structure is expected to be announced on 30th August 2012. The dates for options entry has been modified as per the details mentioned below.

As per the original schedule, candidates with ranks from 1 to 40000 will have to exercise web options through apeamcet.nic.in on 30th August 2012. This has been changed to 31st August 2012 as the fee fixation process is still under progress. For more details, see apeamcet.nic.in / apeamcet.org .

In the same way, candidates scheduled for entering web options on 31st have to exercise the same on 1st September 2012. However, they can generate the password on 30th August as per the schedule already announced. The options entry should be given on 31st August 2012 only.

SV University Distance Education Notification 2012-13

Directorate of Distance Education (DDE), Sri Venkateswara University (SVU), Tirupati has issued admission notification for the academic year 2012-13. The University is offering MA, M.Sc, MBA, MCA, BBM, B.Ed, PG Diploma and Degree Courses under open university system. All the courses are approved by Distance Education Council, New Delhi. Following are the details of programmes and application procedure:

1) MA: Telugu, Hindi, English, History, Sociology, Political Science and Public Administration, Master of Social Work.
2) M.L.i.Sc.
3) M.Sc.: Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, Botany, Psychology, Mathematics and Computer Science
4) M.Com
5) MS Public Relations
6) LLM
7) Executive MBA
8) MBA and MCA
9) UG: BA, B.Sc. B.Com, BBM, B.Ed (Third Methodology) and B.Ed (Two years)
10) PG Diploma Courses: IRPM, Guidance and Counseling, Yoga and Fitness Management, Criminology and Police Administration, Hospital and Health Care Management, Dress Designing and Garment Making, Journalism and Mass Communication, Tourism and Travel management.
11) Open University System: BA and B.Com for the candidates without any formal qualification.

Interested candidates can obtain application from SBI or Andhra Bank branches at SVU Campus. You can also download application forms from the website www.svudde.in . The sale and download of applications will start from 5th September 2012. Last date for the submission of completed applications is 31st October 2012 (23rd December 2012 for B.Ed and OUS courses). EAMCET Engineering Seat Allottments Download from 12th Sep 2012

Engineering and Pharmacy seat allotments for the candidates those who have exercised web options from 30th August 2012 to 8th September 2012 will be displayed on the EAMCET 2012 website at apeamcet.nic.in on 12th September 2012. The candidates can download the allotment order through entering ICR Form Number (Registration Number), Hall Ticket Number, password and date of birth in the candidate's login column. Following is the step by step procedure to download the allotment order and reporting at the college:

1) Details of seat allotments will be uploaded to the website http://apeamcet.nic.in on 12th September 2012 after 06.00 PM.
2) Candidates should enter ICR Form Number (Registration Number), EAMCET 2012 Hall Ticket number, Password and Date of Birth in Candidate Login.

3) You can download the allotment order now. Please read the instructions printed on the allotment order and also download challan (if apply) form for payment of fee. OC and BC candidates with family income of lessthan Rs.100000 and SC and ST candidates with parental income of lessthan Rs.2 lakh will be exempted from fee payment. They should have submitted the relevant income certificate at the time of verification.

4) Candidates can pay the fee in any Branch of Andhra Bank OR Indian Bank.
5) You should report to the allotted engineering / pharmacy college on or before the date mentioned in the allotment order.
6) The allotted seats will be cancelled if the candidates failed to report at the college on or before the stipulated time.
