CET Dates and Schedules in AP for 2013-14

The Govt. of Andhra Pradesh has announced schedules and dates for all the common entrance examinations (CETs) for the year 2013. The dates for Eamcet 2013, Icet 2013, Dietcet 2013, Pgecet 2013, Edcet 2013 and other schedules have been released.

The government has announced dates for the announcement of results, counseling and commencement of classes for the Engineering, Medicine, MBA, MCA, B.Ed, D.Ed, M.Tech and several other courses for the academic year 2013-14.

Osmania Degree, Law and MBA Exams News 2013

Osmania University has informed that the students can apply for UG examinations on or before 24th January 2013. Applications will be accepted till 30th of January with a fine of Rs.100 . Details of fee per various subjects and other information is available on the OU website at www.osmania.ac.in .

OU has also announced that the MBA candidates under the purview of Institute of Public Enterprise (IPE) will have to apply for 1, 3 and 5th semester regular examinations. Fee should be paid on or before 21st January 2013 and applications have to be submitted before 24th January 2013.

Law examinations for the five year and three year LLB course under Osmania University region will be held from 18th February to 1st March 2013. The semester examinations fee should be paid at the concerned colleges. The examinations will be conducted from 2 PM to 5 PM on the announced dates.

University of Hyderabad Special Admission Announcement for SC, ST and PWD Candidates 2013-14

University of Hyderabad has issued special admission announcement for the attention of SC, ST, OBC and PWD candidates for the academic year 2013-14. The admission announcement of PG, Integrated PG, M.Phil and Ph.D courses has already been released and this notification is in continuation of the earlier announcement.

15 and 7.5 percent seats in all the courses are reserved for SC and ST candidates respectively. About 3 percent seats are reserved for PWD candidates. A relaxation of 5 percent marks in the qualifying examination is applicable for all the reserved candidates.

27 percent seats in all the courses are reserved for OBC candidates. But there is no relaxation in qualifying marks for OBC candidates.

Interested candidates can obtain application forms from the HCU in person or can be downloaded from the website acad.uohyd.ac.in or from schools9.com, indiaresults.com and manabadi.com . Filled in forms should be submitted on or before 24th January 2013.
