University College of Technology, Osmania University has announced admission notification for M.Tech Textile Technology for the academic year 2014-15. The course if offered with specialisation in Textile and Apparel Technology. This is a self finance regular program and approved by AICTE.

Eligibility: Applicants should have B.Tech in Textile Technology / Textile Chemistry / Textile Engineering / Fibre Science and Technolgy / Fashion Technology / AMIE Textile Engineering etc. Candidates should have qualified in GATE examination.

CA - CPT Top Rankers from Andhra Pradesh - July 2014
The students from Andhra Pradesh have secured top ranks in the CA - CPT results 2014. The results were announced by ICAI and the exam is known as foundation course / common proficiency test for entry into Chartered Accountancy. First rank at the all India level was secured by Borra Murali Mohan from Giddalur of Prakasam district.
Third and fourth ranks at all India level also secured by the students from AP. Murali Mohan secured 197 marks out of 200. He was also a merit student in 10th Class with 9.8 CGPA. He studied in Montessori School in Giddalur.
Murali Mohan joined in Master Minds for CA - CPT coaching along with Intermediate MEC group. He secured state 4th rank in Intermediate in MEC group.
Other students who got god ranks in CA - CPT are J.V. Sairam (4th rank), Ruthvik (183 rank), Bhargava Sai (181), Muni Subramanyam (177), Sai Prasanth (177), Naga Padma Priya (177) etc. N. Aakarsh from Rajahmundry also secured 4th Rank in CA - CPT 2014.
