Two Year Post Graduate Programmes: Specializations are Advanced Construction Management (PGP ACM), Project Engineering and Management (PGP PEM), Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure Management (PGP REUIM), Infrastructure Finance, Development and Management (PGP IFDM).
One Year Post Graduate Programmes: Quantity Surveying and Contract Management (PGP QSCM) and Health, Safety and Environment Management (PGP HSEM) .
Eligibility: Candidates should have Bachelor's degree in Engineering in relevant discipline or Diploma in Engineering in any discipline with minimum four years of experience. Minimum 50 percent aggregate marks are required in all criteria.
