Andhra Pradesh Open School Society (APOSS), Hyderabad has announced supplementary examination schedule for 2014-15. The examinations will be conducted from 27th December 2014 and 7th January 2015. The detailed schedule can be obtained from the website www dot apopenschool dot org.
The supplementary examinations 2014 will be conducted for 10th Class and Intermediate students of Andhra Pradesh. The Telangana State Government has set up its own Open School Society (TSOSS). TSOSS will released its own examination schedule separately.
The candidates who have failed in the APOSS 10th Class and Intermediate public examinations in April / May 2014 can appear for supplementary examinations. Candidates who were absent in April / May 2014 exams also can appear for supplementary exams.
APOSS provides good opportunity for the candidates who have not attend for regular schooling. They can choose open education and the degree will be considered as equal to regular 10th and Intermediate degrees.
10th Class, Inter Exams dates in AP and Telangana 2014 - 2015
The Governments of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh are yet to finalise the dates of public examinations of 10th Class / SSC and Intermediate. With the announcement of JEE Main dates by CBSE, the governments have conduct the IPE exams considering these dates.
It is reported that the IPE (Intermediate) examinations are likely to be conducted from the second week of March 2015 and the 10th Class exams may be scheduled from the last week of March 2015.
The AP Government is proposed to conduct the IPE exams jointly for this year considering the interests of second year students. The Telangana government is interested in conducting the exams separately.
On the other hand, the Board of Intermediate Education is waiting for the final decisions of the respective governments to make arrangements to conduct the exams peacefully and in time. Let us hope the confusion will be cleared in a few days.
