Korukonda Sainik School at Vizianagaram (Andhra Pradesh) has released the results of the entrance examinations conducted for admission into 6th Class and 9th Class for the academic year 2015-16.

The Korukonda Sainik School has released the merit list of the candidates without taking the medical fitness into consideration. The school may not select the medically unfit candidates.

100 More MBBS Seats in Telangana - 50 Each in Osmania, Kakatiya Medical Colleges for 2015
The Medical Council of India (MCI) is likely to sanction 100 more MBBS seats in Telangana State. The Government Medical Colleges in Hyderabad and Warangal may get 50 seats each in addition to the existing strength. Osmania Medical College and Kakatiya Medical College will get 50 MBBS seats each for this year.
MCI inspection team has visited the colleges recently. The Government of Telangana has sent proposals to increase number of MBBS seats in Osmania and Kakatiya Medical Colleges.
Following is the present strength in various MBBS colleges in Telangana:
1) Osmania Medical College: 200 seats
2) Gandhi Medical College: 200 seats
3) Kakatiya Medical College: 150 seats
4) Adilabad Medical College (RIMS): 100
5) Nizamabad Government Medical College: 100 seats
The MCI inspection teams have expresses satisfaction over the facilities and infrastructure available in Osmania and Kakatiya Medical Colleges and may increase the seats.

AP Junior Inter First Year Recounting and Reverification - 2015
The Junior Intermediate students of Andhra Pradesh can apply for
Recounting and Reverification of Answer sheets by 1st May 2015.
Students who have passed or failed in the Inter first year IPE exams
2015 can avail this facility. Following are details of fee and
applications submission.
Recounting Procedure: Candidates have to apply in the prescribed
format. Fee for each paper is Rs. 100. This has to be paid through AP
Online or Mee Seve Centers. Last date for the fee payment and
application submission is 1 May 2015.
Reverification Procedure: Candidates of Junior Intermediate may also
avail the facility of photcopy / reverification of answer sheets. Fee
for each subject for reverification is Rs. 600. The fee can be paid at
any AP online or Mee Seva Centers. Last date for the submission of
applications and payment of fee is 1 May 2015.
There will be no extension of last date for the payment of fee and
application submission for recounting and reverification of answer
sheets. Candidates can pay the fee ontime to avail these facilities.
