The Central Government has sanctioned 8 courses with 480 seats in National Institute of Technology, Eluru, Andhra Pradesh. The new NIT will start with 480 seats with 30 to 90 seats in each branch. Following are details of B.Tech branches and seats in NIT at Eluru.
1) Biotechnology: 30 seats
2) Chemical Engineering: 30 seats
3) Civil Engineering: 60 seats
4) Computer Science (CSE): 90 seats
5) Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE): 90 seats
6) Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE): 90 seats
7) Mechanical Engineering: 60 seats
8) Mateorological and Materials Engineering: 30 seats.
Out of the total 480 seats, 240 seats will be filled with students of Andhra Pradesh from local quota / state quota. It is also decided to create 60 supernumerary seats in NIT Warangal for Andhra Pradesh students.
AP Open School 10th Class and Intermediate Results - 2015 by APOSS
The Government of Andhra Pradesh has announced the results of SSC (APOSS) Public Examinations - April 2015 and also the results of Intermediate (APOSS) Public Examinations - April 2015. The results can be accessed through the website www.apopenschool.org .

Telangana EAMCET 2015 Engineering Counseling Schedule
The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) has released
the dates for TS EAMCET 2015 engineering counseling. The counseling
for admission into B.Tech / BE in Government and private engineering
colleges in Telangana will be conducted through TS EAMCET centralised
counseling.
The Engineering counseling notification of Telangana will be released
on 12th June 2015. The recognised colleges list along with available
seats will be released on 17th and the process of web counseling
starts from 18th June 2015.
The Government of Telangana is firm on starting the academic work /
class work in Engineering and Pharmacy colleges from 7th July instead
of 1st August 2015. The JNTUH has so far completed verification
process in 288 engineering colleges and the approved colleges list is
yet to be prepared by JNTUH.
The web counseling process consists of certificate verification, entry
of web options, allotment of seats through web allotment and joining
in the colleges. There will be second round counseling for the left
over seats.
