AP EAMCET 2016 Preliminary Key - Engineering and Medical Official Key

The Government of Andhra Pradesh has decided to conduct AP EAMCET 2016 as per the schedule announced earlier by the authorities. The preliminary key / answers for both engineering and medical streams will also be released by the evening on 29th April 2016.

Objections to the AP EAMCET 2016 preliminary key will be received till 4 PM on 4th April 2016. Final key along with ranks will be released on 9th May 2016. The official preliminary key will be available on the website www.apeamcet.org .

2.92 lakhs candidates are appearing for AP EAMCET 2016. 1.89 lakhs are appearing in Engineering stream and 1.03 lakhs are appearing for medical stream. Exam centers are also arranged in Telangana / Hyderabad.

The HRD Minister of Andhra Pradesh has clarified that the EAMET exam will be conducted as per the schedule. There are apprehensions among the students and parents over medical exam in the context of Supreme Court ruling on medical entrance exam, NEET.

TS PGEC Admissions Notification 2016 for GATE and GPAT Candidates

Osmania University has announced TS PGEC 2016 admissions notification. Applications are invited for admission into ME / M.Tech / M.Pharm / M.Arch courses through GATE / GPAT scores for the academic year 2016-17.

Along with the above courses, admissions into Pharm D full time course also will be through this notification.

Eligible candidates who with to register may submit their application through online mode only. The related information regarding eligibility, courses offered in various colleges are available on the website www.tspgecet.org OR www.osmania.ac.in .

Registration fee is Rs. 500 (Rs. 250 for Sc and ST candidates). Online registration commences from 5th May 2016. Last date for the online submission of applications will be informed by the University in due course of time.

JEE Main 2016 Top Rankers from AP and Telangana

Telugu students have excelled once again in the prestigious IIT JEE Main examination 2016. About 50 students have scores more than 300 marks out of 360 marks in JEE Main exam, for which results were announced on 27th April 2016.

About 25000 candidates from both Telangana and Andhra Pradesh are likely to be qualified for JEE Advanced examination. The cut offs for general category students has come down this year compared to the previous years. Following are the Telugu students who scores more than 300 marks in JEE Main 2016:
