Prof Jayasankar Telangana Agriculture University (PJTSAU) has released
AGRICET 2016 notification inviting applications from eligible Diploma
holders in Agriculture/ Seed Technology for admission into first year
B.Sc. (Agriculture) Degree Programme through Agriculture Common
Entrance Test - 2016 for the academic year 2016 -17.
Eligibility: Candidates should have passed in Diploma in Agriculture/
Seed Technology from PJTSAU/ ANGRAU (Candidates who are appearing for
Second Year Diploma in Agriculture/ Seed Technology Examinations
during June, 2016 can also apply).
Age should be between 17-22 years as on 31st December 2016. Total
seats are 47 seats in B.Sc. (Agriculture) (42 seats for Agriculture
Diploma Candidates and 5 seats for Seed Technology Diploma
Candidates).
Date of Entrance Test: 24 June 2016 at College of Agriculture,
Rajendranagar, Hyderabad.
Applications should be submitted in the prescribed format to The

Agriculture, Rajendranagar, Hyderabad on or before 8 July 2016.

Professor Jayashankar Telangana State Agricultural University has

courses in different disciplines leading to the award of degree of
Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) for the academic year 2016-17.
The Ph.D is offered in the faculties of Agriculture, Home Science and
Agricultural Engineering and Technology. Candidates should have Master
of Science or an equivalent examination in Agriculture or Home
Science, as the case may be, in the concerned field of specialisation
atleast with 50 percent marks in the aggregate under traditional
system of examination.
