Course: Post Graduate Diploma in Plant Health Management (12 Months)
Specialisations: Bio-Security & Incursion Management, Pesticide Management, Plant Health Engineering, Vertebrate & Structural Pest Management, Biocontrol Agents Production Management Additional Benefits.

Diploma Programmes (6 Months): Specialisations are Plant Health Management, Biosecurity and Incursion Management, Pesticide Management, Biocontrol Input Production Management, Vertebrate and Structural Pest Management and Plant Health Engineering.

Prof Jayashankar Agriculture University B.Tech Admissions 2016-17

Prof Jayashankar Telangana State Agricultural University (PJTSAU) has announced admission notification for B.Tech in Agricultural Engineering and Food Technology for the academic year 2016-17. The last date for the submission of applications is 16 July 2016.

Admission into the following Degree Programmes under MPC Stream courses (Farmers Quota) during the academic year 2016-17 will be based on EAMCET 1 - 2016 ranks.

M.P.C. Stream courses:

B.Tech.(Agricultural Engineering): 4 years duration
B.Tech.(Food Technology): 4 years duration

The selection of candidates for all the seats shall be made on the basis of ranks obtained by the candidates in Telangana State EAMCET-I-2016 in their respective local areas out of the merit list prepared for this purpose.

Only online application will be accepted. Last date to apply online is 16 July 2016. Last date to receive computer generated hard copy of the application is on or before 21 July 2016.

Osmania University PG Diploma in Bioinformatics 2016-17

Prof G Ram Reddy Centre for Distance Education, Osmania University has announced notification inviting applications for admission into PG Diploma in Bioinformatics (One year regular course) under the Faculty of Science, Osmania University.

Eligibility: Candidates who have passed their B.Sc. I B. Pharmacy/ BSc (Ag.)/ MBBS/ BVSc/ BDS/ BHMS/ BAMS/ BUMS/ BE/ B.Tech/ M.Sc/ M.Tech/ MCA/ PhD etc with 50 percent marks are eligible to apply.
