Engineering New Fee Structure in Telangana and Hyderabad Colleges for 2016-17

The Government of Telangana has almost finalized the fee structure for engineering and pharmacy courses for the academic year 2016-17. The same fee structure will be implemented for the years 2017-18 and 2018-19 in Telangana state. There are 69 colleges with fee of Rs. 35000, which is minimum fee. 4 colleges have been sanctioned the fee structure of Rs. 1 lakh and more.

Colleges with Rs. 35000 - 40000 fee: 8 colleges
Colleges with Rs. 40000 - 49000 fee: 63 colleges
Colleges with Rs. 50000 - 59000 fee: 46 colleges
Colleges with Rs. 60000 - 69000 fee: 17 colleges
Colleges with Rs. 70000 - 79000 fee: 16 colleges
Colleges with Rs. 80000 - 89000 fee: 5 colleges
Colleges with Rs. 90000 - 99000 fee: 14 colleges
Colleges with Rs. 1 lakh and more fee: 4 colleges

Minimum fee for various courses:

B.Pharmacy: Rs. 35000
M.Pharmacy: Rs. 57000
Pharma.D: Rs. 68000
B.Arch: Rs. 35000
M.Tech: Rs. 57000

The TSCHE will release the fee structure for various colleges soon. The entry of web options for TS EAMCET 2016 counseling will be commenced from 5th July 2016. Detailed schedule will be released by the Government in a couple of days.

BR Ambedkar Open University Eligibility Test - 2016

Dr BR Ambedkar Open University (BRAOU) has decided to conduct the Eligibility Test for the second time in this academic year for the academic year 2016-17.

The Eligibility Test will be conducted at the Regional Coordination Centres and limited to BRAOU Study Centres only.

Eligibility: Candidates who do not possess Intermediate (or) its equivalent qualification are eligible to appear for the Eligibility Test for seeking admission into first year of the BA / BCom/ BSc (3 Year Degree Programmes) for the academic year 2016-17. But they should have completed 18 years of age by 1st July 2016.

Candidates wish to appear for ET shall register online through university website. Last date for online registrations is 28 July 2016.
Date of Eligibility Test: 7 August 2016.

OUCET 2016 Counseling - Online Registration and Web Options Procedure

Directorate of Admission, Osmania University (OU), Hyderabad has announced notification for online registration cum web options for OUCET - 2016 qualified candidates. All the candidates who have qualified in OUCET - 2016 can appear for online counseling.

The Counseling will be held for various PG courses in MA, M.Sc, M.Com, MSW, MCJ, B.Li.Sc, M.Li.Sc (2 years duration) for the academic year 2016-17.

The seats in the University and affiliated colleges of Osmania, Telangana, Mahatma Gandhi and Palamuru Universities will be filled through OUCET counseling. Online registration process and exercising of web options for all the candidates will be open from 29th June 2016 to 3 July 2016.

The provisional allotment will be completed based on the entry of web options. Those allotted will be called for certificate verification and final allotment will be given for the admission.
