Telangana ECET 2016 Final Phase Counseling Notification

Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) has announced final phase ECET 2016 counseling notification in association with Department of Technical Education, Hyderabad.

Certificate verification and web options exercise has been released for Telangana ECET 2016 web based counseling. The ECET is for diploma holders including pharmacy and B.Sc Maths candidates.

Candidates who have participated and not participated in 1st phase counseling are informed that the web counseling will be conducted from 9th July 2016. For detailed schedule of counseling including certificate verification and web options entry, see the website at tsecet.nic.in .

Telangana Engineering Colleges Fee Structure for 2016-17, 2017-18 and 2018-19

The Government of Telangana has finally announced the fee structure for Engineering courses for the academic years 2016-17, 2017-18 and 2018-19. Fee has been hiked upto 20 percent in the famous colleges. The Telangana EAMCET counseling is under progress from 5th July 2016.

The fee structure has been finalised for B.Tech, B.Pharmacy, B.Arch, Pharma D Courses. The Government has issued GO 21 to this effect. The number of colleges with minimum fee structure has come down this year.

Ambedkar Open University BEd and BEd Special Education Admissions 2016-17

Dr BR Ambedkar Open University (BRAOU) has issued notification inviting online applications for admission into BEd and BEd (Special Education) Programmes through Entrance Test for the academic year 2016-17.

B.Ed. : Duration of the course is 2 years. Medium is Telugu.
Eligibility: Candidates should have passed with at least 50 percent of marks either B.A./ B.Sc./ B.Com./ B.C.A./ B.Sc (Home Science)/ BBM and/ or the Masters Degree in Commerce/ Social Sciences/ Humanities/ Sciences at the time of submitting the application for B.Ed. Entrance Test. Candidates should have secured a minimum of 55 percent marks in B.E/ B.Tech. with Science/ Mathematics as one of the subjects or any other qualification equivalent thereto, are eligible for admission into the programme.

B.Ed. (Special Education): Duration is 2 1/2 years
Medium: English and Telugu.
Eligibility: Candidates with at least 50 percent marks either in the Bachelors Degree (B.A./B.Sc./B.Com./B.C.A./ B.Sc. (Home Science)/ BBM) and/or in the Masters Degree in Sciences/ Social Sciences/ Humanities/ Commerce are eligible. B.E./ B.Tech. with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55 percent marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto, are eligible for admission to the programme.
