B.Sc Nursing Admissions in NIMS Hyderabad through NIMSET - 2016

Nizams Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS), Hyderabad has announced notification inviting applications from eligible candidates of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh States for admission into B.Sc (Nursing) course for the academic year 2016-17.

B.Sc (Nursing): 100 Seats (for women only)
Duration of the course: 4 years.
Qualification: Pass in Intermediate (10+2) course with Botany, Zoology, Physics, Chemistry and English or Vocational Nursing/ MPHW with Bridge course of Biological and Physical Sciences or equivalent.

Candidates should have secured not less than 45 percent of marks on the average in the subjects of Botany, Zoology, Physics, Chemistry and English taken together.

Age should be between 17-25 years as on 31st December, 2016. Selection will be made based on the performance of the candidates at the entrance test.

The filled in application form will have to be printed, signed, attest a latest passport size photograph and sent to Associate Dean, Aptitude Testing, 2nd floor, Old OPD Block, Nizams Institute of Medical Sciences, Hyderabad on or before 15.07.2016 along all documents.

NIMSET for BPT 2016 Admissions in NIMS Hyderabad

Nizams Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS) has announced notification inviting applications from eligible candidates of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh States for admission into the Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) course for the academic year 2016-17.

Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT): 50 seats
Duration: 4 ½ years (including internship)
Qualification: Pass in Intermediate examination or its equivalent with optional subjects of Botany, Zoology, Physics and Chemistry.

OR

Pass in Vocational Physiotherapy with bridge course of biological and physical sciences.

The minimum age for admission shall be 17 years and should not be more than 25 years as on 31st December, 2016. Selection will be based on the performance of the candidates at the entrance test.

The filled in application form will have to be printed, signed, attest a latest passport size photograph and sent to Associate Dean, Aptitude Testing, 2nd floor, Old OPD Block, Nizam's Institute of Medical Sciences, Hyderabad on or before 15 July 2016 along all documents.

Telangana ECET 2016 Final Phase Counseling Notification

Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) has announced final phase ECET 2016 counseling notification in association with Department of Technical Education, Hyderabad.

Certificate verification and web options exercise has been released for Telangana ECET 2016 web based counseling. The ECET is for diploma holders including pharmacy and B.Sc Maths candidates.

Candidates who have participated and not participated in 1st phase counseling are informed that the web counseling will be conducted from 9th July 2016. For detailed schedule of counseling including certificate verification and web options entry, see the website at tsecet.nic.in .
