Sainik Schools Korukonda and Kalikiri - Previous Question Papers - 2016

Sainik School Kalikiri (Chittoor district) and Sainik School Korukonda (Vizianagaram district) have announced admission notification for 6th and 9th classes for the academic year 2017-18.

The entrance test will be conducted by respective sainik schools on 15th January 2017 at various centers in both the states of AP and Telangana.

AP Intermediate Exams in March 2017 - Jumbling System in Practical Exams

The Board of Intermediate Education - Government of Andhra Pradesh has decided to conduct Intermediate Public Examinations (IPE) for first and second year students during the first week of March 2017. About 9.5 lakhs students will be appearing for Junior / Senior Intermediate examinations in Andhra Pradesh.

The BIEAP has clarified that the old students also have to appear for the IPE exams with new syllabus question papers.

The Intermediate practical exams will be conducted in 982 centers across the state of AP. Jumbling system will be followed in practical exams.

The online evaluation system will be implemented this year for regular IPE exams along with vocational courses. The results can be released soon if the online system of evaluation is implemented for Intermediate exams.

AP Mahatma Jyothiba Phule Videshi Vidya Nidhi Scheme for BC Students 2017-18

The Government of Andhra Pradesh has released guidelines for the award of financial assistance for the BC candidates to study abroad under Mahatma Jyothiba Phule Videshi Vidya Nidhi Scheme for the academic year 2017-18.

The students selected under this scheme will get financial assistance of Rs. 20 lakhs for tuition, travel and other expenses. 300 students will be selected under this scheme by the Government.

33 percent of scholarships will be given to women candidates. Annual income of the family should be less than Rs. 2 lakhs in urban areas and Rs. 1.5 lakhs in rural areas.

Eligible candidates can apply from 1st August to 30th September and 1st January to 28th /29th February every year through epass website.
