IIT Hyderabad PhD in Design - Last date to apply is 8 May 2017

Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad (IIT - Hyderabad) invites applications for admission to Ph.D. (Design) program. The details are provided below.

Eligibility:  Candidates need following qualifications.

M.Des./ M.Arch./ M.Tech./ M.Phil./ MFA/ M.A./ M.Sc/ Postgraduate Diploma in Design of NID, Ahmedabad and equivalent.

For general category students and/ or for students where no concession in academic performance is called for, eligibility requires a minimum of 60 percent marks (55% marks for SC/ST) in the final academic year of the programme.

Candidates with M.A./M.Sc. should have qualified CEED/ GATE/ NET or equivalent examinations to be eligible for Teaching Assistance.

Selection process:

The application are shortlisted based on the Academic Performance and Research Proposals.

Andhra EAMCET Key on 28th April and Ranks on 5th May 2017

The key and answers for AP EAMCET 2017 will be released on 28th April 2017. The results of EAMCET in Andhra Pradesh will be announced on 5th May 2017. The ranks will be announced as per the rules.

The AP EAMCET 2017 Engineering exam has been held online for three days and about 1.87 lakhs candidates have appeared for the examination.

EAMCET Agriculture entrance test will be held on 28th April 2017. About 80000 candidates will be appearing for the examination. The preliminary key will be released on 28th April 2017. Objections to the key will be received till 1st May 2017.

The Government of Andhra Pradesh has held EAMCET examination in online mode this year. The exam was scheduled for three days in various time slots.

RGUKT Basar releases B Tech Program Admission Notification - 2017

Applications are invited online through RGUKT portal for admission to the first year of 6 year Integrated B.Tech program at RGUKT Basar (Telangana State) for the academic year 2017-18.

Eligibility for the program: Regular students who have passed 10th Class / SSC or its equivalent examination held in 2017, in the first attempt are only eligible to apply.

Age: Age should not be more than 18 years as on 31 December 2017 (21 years in case of SC/ ST candidates).

Selection Process:

Admissions into the above program will be based on merit in the 10th class Grade Point Average (GPA) and Grade obtained in each subject, and by following the statutory reservations of the State.
