1750 MBBS Seats in AP and Telangana Medical Colleges from 2017-18

The MBBS seats in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana states will likely to increase further from the academic year 2017-18. About 13 medical colleges have sent proposals for the saction of more MBBS seats in respective colleges.

The Central Government has forwarded the proposals to MCI for final approval. 8 Colleges from Telangana and 5 colleges from AP have applied for the increase of seats. Each college has requested for the approval of 150 seats in addition to the existing strength.

The Medical Colleges those sent proposals for more MBBS seats are as follows:

Colleges in Telangana:

1) RVM Medical College
2) Mahaveer Medical College
3) Maheswara Medical College
4) Dr Patnam Mahender Redy Medical College
5) TRR Medical College
6) Surabhi Medical College
7) MNR Medical College

Colleges in Andhra Pradesh:

1) Gayathri Medical College
2) Nimra Medical College
3) Apollo Medical College
4) RVS Medical College
5) NRI Medical College
