* M.TEch. (Industrial Process Equipt Design) at SVNIT, Surat
* M.E. (Welding Technology) at MS University, Vadodara.
Eligibility Requirements:
* M.TEch. (Industrial Process Equipt Design): Should have First class BE/ B.Tech in Mechanical / Production Engineering.
* M.E. (Welding Technology): Should have First Class BE/ B.Tech (Mechanical / Production / Metallurgy/ Mechatronics )
Valid GATE score is desirable for both courses.
Candidates age should be below 24 years.
Selection and application:
Candidates will be selected based on written test and interview to be conducted by respective institutions in co-ordination with L&T. Candidates should have medical fitness also.
Candidates who successfully complete the course will be absorbed into L&T as Post Graduate Engineer Trainee (PGET) scheme anywhere in India.

ReplyDeleteGATE score is an added advantage. Written test and Interview are very crucial to get through selection process. So, you need not worry about GATE score at this stage and try to score good in above tests.

how to apply this. i completed my b.tech & i am waiting for result. i wrote GATE but i got less than qualifying marks. can i apply this or i am not eligible.

ReplyDeletePls refer respective institutes websites for admissions into these courses. L & T shall offer sponsorships to those admitted into respective course by SVNIT and MS Uty of Baroda. So first explore the possibility of getting admission in that courses.
Regrading GATE, it is not essential to get admission into these courses. In fact, Non Gate meritorious candidates are encouraged to apply. so you can try even without appearing for GATE.
