Eenadu Journalism Admissions 2012 - PG Diploma in Print, TV and Web Journalism

Eenadu Journalism School, a prestigious training center for Journalism from Ramoji Group, Hyderabad announced notification for Admissions to Print, Television and Web Journalism batches. EJS, as it is known shortly is offering Post Graduate Diploma in Print and Television Journalism streams and an Web media course for online journalism aspirants. Eligibility Requirements: Applicants should have any Graduation and age should be below 25 years. Candidates should have fair knowledge of English - Telugu languages and current affairs.

Application Procedure: Candidates shall apply in a white paper mentioning details like name, age, Complete address, Phone Number, Email ID, education details. 2 Passport size photographs should be attached to the application. Candidates should write a article in Telugu on the topic 'Future of Newspapers in the age of Internet and Television'. Completed application forms should reach "Principal, Eenadu Journalism School, Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad- 501512" on or before stipulated date and time. This is a 1 year diploma course and after the completion of the course candidates will be absorbed into Newspaper, Television divisions of Ramoji Group. Selected candidates will be posted as Sub-Editor / Copy Editor/ Reporter (Trainee) for one year training after joining in the job.

Terms and Conditions: Candidates shall be paid as per the details given below. First 6 months During Course Training, they will get Rs. 7000 per month as stipend and for later 6 months during Course Training, you will be paid Rs. 9000 per month. And after completion of the course and absorption as trainee , you will get Rs. 12600 per month (For print ) and on probation you will be paid Rs. 18000 per month (Rs. 13000 per television and web media) as stipend.

Selection will be made based on Written test Consist of Translation, Current Affairs, English Language, General Knowledge etc. After written test, Candidates will have to attend for Interview and also for Group Discussions if necessary.
