ANURCET 2010 - Ph.D. in Nannaya University

Adikavi Nannaya University, Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh is inviting applications for admission to Ph.D. Program (Full Time/ Part-Time/ Extramural) for the academic year 2010-11. Admission will be through Entrance Test called ANURCET 2010 (Adikavi Nannaya University Common Entrance Test). Candidates securing at least a second class with not less than 55 percent of marks (50% in the case of SC/ST candidates) in the Post Graduate / Master’s Degree in the concerned subject or an allied subject are eligible for admission into Ph.D. programme under Full-time, Part-time or Extramural categories. Following are the subjects:

1. Chemistry (Organic)
2. Management Studies
3. Earth Sciences (Geoinformatics, Geology and Geophysics)
4. Computer Science
5. Life Sciences (Biotechnology, Molecular Biology and Zoology)
6. English
7. Mathematics (Pure and Applied)

All the selected candidates have to attend for course work as follows:

1. Paper – I: Research Methodology
2. Paper – II: Advanced topics in the concern subject
3. Paper – III: Special topics concerned with dissertation work.
