MGIMS Wardha - MBBS Admissions 2011-12

Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences (MGIMS), Wardha, Maharashtra issued MBBS Admission Notification for 2011-12. MGIMS is one of the best medical institutions in the country. MGIMS shall conduct all India level entrance examination on 17th April 2011 at Hyderabad, GUwahati, Nagpur, Delhi, Mumbai and Varanasi. The entrance examination will consist of objective multiple choice questions from Physics, Chemistry and Biology. There will be separate long and short answer type questions on Gandhian Thought. Following are the eligibility details:

MGIMS is conducting Under Graduate course in Medicine, MBBS. The course will start from 1st July 2011. There are 100 seats in MBBS course. Selection will be purely based on merit in the entrance examination. Applicants should have passed / going to appear final year exams of their Intermediate / 10+2 are eligible to apply for the entrance test. They should have minimum 50 percent marks. The applicants must have attain 17 years of age on or before 31st December of the year of admission.

Interested candidates can obtain application form with details of syllabus, question papers of Gandhian Thought for the last 5 years along with model question papers of Physics, Chemistry an Biology from the Office of the dean by paying Rs. 1100 (Includes Rs. 100 as postal charges) only by MO in favour of 'Dean, Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Sevagram, District Wardha - 442102'. The last date for receipt of filled in application forms along with Entrance Exam fee of Rs. 1500 is 28th February 2011. You can submit applications till 15th March with a late fee of Rs.100.
