Andhra University - BTH Sweden Double Degree Admissions 2011-12

Update on 6th September 2011: There are a few vacant seats in M.Tech / M.Sc. Two Year Double Degree Masters Programme in Software Engineering offered by AU and BTH Sweden. The admission counseling is scheduled on 10th September for vacant seats. Candidates can attend for the counseling at Admissions office, AU with necessary documents and certificates. Andhra University, Visakhapatnam and Blekinge Institute of Technology (BTH), Sweden are jointly offering various Double Degree Masters Programmes for the academic year 2011-2012. Specialisations offered are Software Engineering, Telecommunication Systems and Signal Processing. Admitted candidates will have an opportunity to study in India and Sweden. On successful completion of the program, candidates will get M.Tech Degree from Andhra University and M.Sc. from BTH, Sweden. Following are details of programs, eligibility and application procedure:

1. Software Engineering: Candidates will get M.Tech. in Software Engineering from AU + M.Sc in Software Engineering by BTH. Eligibility: Candidates should have BE / B.Tech in CSE / IT / MSc Computer Science, Masters of Computer Applications or its equivalent.

2. Telecommunication Systems: Successful candidates will receive M.Tech. in Telecommunication Systems from AU + M.Sc in Electrical Engineering from BTH, Sweden. Eligibility : Applicants should have BE/ B.Tech in ECE, CSE, IT, MSc Electronics, Masters of Computer Applications or its equivalent.

3. Signal Processing: You will get M.Tech. in Signal Processing from AU + M.Sc in Electrical Engineering from BTH, Sweden. Eligibility: Applicants should have BE / B. Tech in ECE, Instrumentation / M.Sc. Instrumentation or its equivalent.

Duration of the course is 24 months / 2 years. One semester will be conducted at AU and other three semesters at BTH, Sweden. Fee for the entire program is Rs, 150000. Those applied in response to the earlier notification on 8th June 2011 need not apply again.
