NIN Hyderabad PG Certificate in Nutrition Admissions 2012

National Institute of Nutrition (NIN), Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) Hyderabad has announced notification for admission into Post Graduate Certificate Course in Nutrition. The Course will commence from 4th January 2012 and will be completed by 16th March 2012. This is an advanced course which includes guest lectures, group discussions, demonstrations along with field visits. Following are details of eligibility, selection and application procedure:

Eligibility and Qualifications: Applicants should have a basic degree in Medicine (MBBS) OR a Master’s Degree in Biochemistry / Physiology / Foods and Nutrition / Dietetics. Age should be below 50 years. Selection of the candidates will be based on procedure laid down by the institute. Candidates with first class marks and 1-2 years experience in the relevant fields and in- service candidates will be preferable.

Tuition fee for the program is Rs.10,000/- and US $ 1200.00 for Foreign Nationals. Selected candidates will get accommodation in a well-furnished hostel on the campus of the National Institute of Nutrition on payment of necessary charges. The approximate charges for board and lodging will be around Rs.140-00 per head per day.
