Edu News - IITTM Admissions, Vegetable Carving, The Hindu Seminar

1) Indian Institute of Tourism and Travel Management (IITTM), Nellore is inviting applications for admission to PGDM programme in Tourism and Cargo Management. Admission to this recognized course will be through an entrance test would be held on 26th February 2012. Graduate and those appearing for final year examinations can apply on or before 3rd February 2012. For more details, you can see www.iittm.org.

2) The Agri - Horticultural Society, Public Gardens, Hyderabad is conducting training classes for vegetable carving from 27 - 29 January 2012. Interested candidates can obtain further details from the society by calling at phone no: 040 - 23299779, or 99120 46095. The main purpose of vegetable carving is to make food more attractive, more appetizing, and also easier to eat. The interested homemakers can avail this opportunity by registering for the training classes.

3) The Hindu Education Plus, an education and career supplement of The Hindu daily in association with Abhyaas is organizing an awareness seminar on law courses. Titled as ' Law - A Career Choice' , the seminar will be held at DAV School, Safilguda on 22nd January 2012, Sunday from 10 AM. The seminar is for the benefit of the Intermediate adn Class 12 students and will focus on law as a career option and its future prospects. There is no entry fee. Justice B.Chandra Kumar, Sriram Subramanyam, Advocate, AP High Court, Anshuman Jaiswal, Partner of Amarchand Mangaldas and Naresh Dubbudu, founder of Abhyaas will participate and address the gathering on the occasion.
