SVURPGCET 2012 by Sri Krishnadevaraya University Anantapur

Sri Krishnadevaraya University (SKU), Anantapur has announced SVURPGCET 2012 (SVU Regional PG Common Entrance Test) notification for admission to various PG courses in the following universities and their affiliated colleges. SVURPGCET 2012 ranks will be considered for admission to Sri Venkatewara University, Sri Padmavathi Mahila Viswavidyalayam (Women’s University), Yogi Vemana University, Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Rayalaseema Universty, Dravidian University and Vikrama simhapuri University for PG admissions for the academic year 2012-13. Candidates have to apply separately for each course.

Eligibility Requirements: Applicants should have passed or those who are appearing for the final year of the qualifying examination in 2012 are eligible to apply for SVURPGCET 2012. All women students belonging to the regions of Andhra, Telangana and Rayalaseema are eligible for admission in Sri Padmavathi Mahila Visvavidyalayam, Tirupati. There will be no separate notification by Sri Padmavathi Mahila Visvavidyalayam in this regard. Details of various courses offered by various universities and colleges can be obtained from website www.svurpgcet.org or from www.svudoa.com

Interested candidates can obtain application forms and Instruction Booklet from the Head Post Offices at Anantapur, Kadiri, Srikalahasti, Gooty, Kalyanadrug, Hindupur, Guntakal, Adoni, Dhone, Nandikotkur, Kurnool, Nandyal, Proddatur, Badvel, Yemmiganur, Kadapa, Nellore, Kavali, Gudur, Tirupati, Chittoor, Rajampet, Pulivendula and Madanapalli. Forms are also available at branch post offices at SVU campus and YVU Campus. Andhra Bank main branches at Kadapa, Nellore, Chittoor, SVU Campus, SKU Campus, Mahila University campus; SBI branch at SVU Campus and SBH branch at RU campus. Cost of application is Rs. 425/-

You can also get applications by post from The Convener, SVURPGCET-2012, Directorate of Admissions, SV University, Tirupati-517 502 by sending a DD for Rs.450/- drawn on State Bank of India / Andhra Bank in favour of ‘Convener, SVURPGCET-2012’ and duly payable at Tirupati. You should write your name and address clearly on the back side of the DD. The filled in applications should reach the Convener, SVURPGCET-2012 so as to reach on or before 25th April 2012.

3) Sale of applications with fine of Rs. 500/- at DOA Anantapur Only: 23-04-2012 to 30-04-2012
4) Last date for the submission of filled in applications with fine: 30-04-2012
5) Entrance examinations : 21-05-2012 to 28-05-2012
