GSI Hyderabad Post PG Diploma in Geo informatics Admissions 2012

Geological Survey of India Training Institute (GSITI), Hyderabad has announced notification for admission to Post PG Diploma in Geoinformatis in Earth Sciences for the year 2012-13. GSITI is affiliated with Osmania University, Hyderabad. GSITI is functioning under the aegis of Geological Survey of India (GSI), Ministry of Mines, Govt. of India. Here are details of eligibility and application procedure:

There are 20 seats in the course. Applicants should have Master’s degree in Geological Sciences or Geology or Geo-exploration or Mineral Exploration or Applied Geology or Marine Geology or Earth Science and Resource Management or Oceanography and Coastal Area Studies or Engineering Geology or Petroleum Geology.

Duration of the course is two semesters. Course fee is Rs. 10,000 per semester. There will be sponsorship for deserving candidates.
