RGUKT - M.Tech Computational Engineering Admissions 2012-13

Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies (RGUKT), Hyderabad has announced notification for admission to Interdisciplinary Masters Program in Computational Engineering for the academic year 2012-13. Those completed the program will be awarded M.Tech in Computational Engineering for Engineering Stream degree. The RGUKU will provide Rs. 10000 per month as a stipend / teaching assistance for the selected candidates. The course will be run through RGUKT campuses at Basar, Nuzvid and RK Valley. Here are other details:

Eligibility Requirements: There are 200 seats in this program. Candidates should have B.Tech in any Engineering branch (Chemical / Civil/ Computer Science / Electrical / ECE/ Mechanical / Metallurgy - Materials Engineering) with minimum 70 percent or above marks. They also need 60 percent and above in Intermediate and SSC. Relaxations apply. Candidates should pass Introductory course in computing with A grade conducted by RGUKT for six weeks. The course is best suited for those interested in research career.

Selection of the candidates will be through an Entrance Examination and Interview to be conducted by RGUKT. Candidates those qualified in GATE / NET will be exempted from Entrance Examination. Duration of the course is 2 years (Six Terms) which excludes six weeks Introductory course.

The print out of the application along with relevant enclosures should be sent to the Registrar, RGUKT, Vindya C-4, IIIT Campus, Gachibowli, Hyderabad. Last date for the receipt of completed applications is 10th May 2012.
