ANGRAU Diploma in Agriculture and Seed Technology Admissions 2012-13

Acharya NG Ranga Agricultural University (ANGRAU), Rajendranagar (Hyderabad) has issued admission notification for Diploma Courses in Agriculture Polytechnic Colleges under the purview of ANGRAU. Diploma programmes are available in, Agriculture, Agriculture Engineering and Seed Technology branches for the academic year 2012-13. Applications can be downloaded from www.angrau.net. Duration of the courses is three years. Last date for the receipt of completed applications is 30th June 2012.

1. Diploma in Agriculture: 650 seats
2. Diploma in Seed Technology: 85 seats
3. Diploma in Agriculture Engineering: 30 seats

Eligibility: Applicants should have passed in 10th Class / SSC with 5.0 Grade Point Average (4.0 GPA for SC and ST candidates) in 2011-12 or 2010-11. Compartmental candidates also eligible to apply. Age should be between 15-22 years. Candidates should have studied 1 to 10th class in the schools located in villages.

Interested candidates can obtain / download application forms from University website at www.angrau.net . Filled in applications along with a DD for Rs. 400 (Rs. 200 for SC and ST candidates) drawn in favour of Comptroller, ANGRAU, Rajendranagar, Hyderabad - 500030 should be sent to Registrar, Acharya NG Ranga Agricultural University, Administrative Building, Rajendranagar, Hyderabad - 500030. List of short listed candidates and counseling schedule will be displayed on the website of the University.
