Application fee is Rs. 2000. The application form can be downloaded from the website at www.ntruhs.nic.in . The application guidelines and eligibility requirements are available on the website.
The application forms can be downloaded from 15th July to 25th July 2013. Filled in application forms along with non - refundable fee of Rs.2000 in the form of DD drawn in favour of The Registrar, Dr.NTR University of Health Sciences and payable at Vijayawada.
Filled in forms should reach the Convener, Ph.D. Admissions, Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada. Last date for the receipt of completed applications is 31st July 2013.
