 Students who believe there has been an error in the calculation of their marks can apply for recounting. This process ensures that the marks have been correctly totaled and posted.

What is Recounting?

Recounting involves:

Re-checking the total marks awarded.

Ensuring marks are correctly transferred to the final marks memo.

It does not include re-evaluation of answers.

📝 Steps to Apply for Recounting

Visit the Official Website

Go to bse.ap.gov.in.

Access the Recounting Link

Click on the “AP SSC Recounting/Reverification 2026” option.

Fill in the Application Form

Enter details such as:

• Hall Ticket Number
• Student Name
• Subject(s) for recounting

Pay the Required Fee

• The fee is typically paid online via debit card, credit card, or net banking.
• Expected Fee:
  • Recounting: ₹500 per subject (approximate).
  • Re-verification: ₹1,000 per subject (approximate).

Submit the Application
After payment, download and save the acknowledgement receipt.
