10th Class Hindi Question Paper Shared on WhatsApp

An incident involving the circulation of the 10th class Hindi question paper on WhatsApp has caused concern among students, parents, and education officials.

During the examination, images of the Hindi question paper reportedly appeared on WhatsApp groups. This led to fears about a possible question paper leak and raised doubts about the security of the examination process.

However, officials clarified that the paper was not leaked before the exam. According to preliminary information, the question paper was likely shared after the examination had already begun, which means it may not have given any unfair advantage to students.

Even so, authorities have taken the matter seriously. Sharing question papers during an ongoing exam is considered a violation of rules. Officials have started an investigation to identify those responsible for circulating the paper and have warned that strict action will be taken against anyone found guilty.

The education department is also reviewing whether this incident had any impact on the fairness of the examination. As of now, there is no strong evidence of widespread malpractice.

Students have been advised not to panic and to avoid spreading unverified information. Officials have assured that necessary measures will be taken to maintain the integrity of the exams.

AP Intermediate Results Likely by April 10

The results of the Andhra Pradesh Intermediate Public Examinations (both 1st year and 2nd year) are expected to be released by April 10, according to latest information from officials.

The answer sheet evaluation process, also known as spot valuation, is currently underway across various centers in the state. Authorities have accelerated the correction process to ensure that the results are prepared without delay. Thousands of examiners are involved in evaluating the papers, and the process is progressing smoothly.

The Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh (BIEAP), is closely monitoring the valuation work. Once the paper correction is completed, the marks will be uploaded into the system, followed by verification and result processing. Only after multiple levels of checking will the final results be declared.

This year, the Intermediate examinations were conducted from February 23 to March 24, 2026, with a large number of students appearing for both first-year and second-year exams across the state.

Based on the current pace of evaluation and past trends, officials are aiming to release the results in the second week of April, most likely around April 10. However, the exact date will be officially confirmed by the board closer to the release.

After the announcement, students will be able to check their results online by entering their hall ticket number and date of birth. The marks memo will include subject-wise scores, total marks, and result status (pass/fail).

Students are advised to keep their hall ticket details ready and regularly check for official updates. In case of any discrepancies in marks, the board is expected to provide options such as revaluation and recounting after the results are declared.

RGUKT 2026-27 Admissions - Schedule Released Ahead of 10th Class Results

In a notable departure from past practice, the Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies (RGUKT) has released its admissions schedule for the 2026-27 academic year a day before the Telangana 10th class public examinations even began, rather than waiting for results to be announced as has been the norm in previous years. The schedule covers admissions to the six-year integrated B.Tech programme at both the Basar and Mahabubnagar campuses for the first year of the Pre-University Course (PUC).

The schedule was officially announced on March 13 by In-charge Vice Chancellor Govardhan, OSD Muralidarshanam, Admissions Convener Sekhar, and Co-Convener Harikrishna. The decision to release the schedule this early is seen as a proactive step to give aspirants and their families ample time to prepare their applications and documentation well in advance.

Key Dates at a Glance

The official notification will be published on March 16, with online application registration opening on March 18. The last date to register online is May 10, and the deadline to physically submit application forms is May 20. The merit-based selection list will be published on May 30, and the first round of counselling is scheduled for June 5.

Who Can Apply

An important clarification has been issued for students currently sitting their 10th class exams: they do not need to wait for their results to apply. All 10th class students appearing in the current exams can register using their hall ticket number. This is a particularly student-friendly provision, ensuring that the application window does not exclude anyone who is yet to receive their final results.

About RGUKT

RGUKT, popularly known as IIIT Basar (and its counterpart in Mahabubnagar), is a premier institution established by the Government of Telangana to provide quality technical education to students from rural and semi-urban backgrounds, particularly those from economically weaker sections. The six-year integrated programme combines two years of PUC (equivalent to Intermediate) with a four-year B.Tech degree, making it a highly sought-after pathway for students who clear their 10th class with strong scores. Admissions are merit-based, primarily on 10th class marks, and the institution is known for its residential campus model with heavily subsidised fees. Competition for seats is intense each year, making early preparation essential for aspirants.
