DIETCET 2011 Results will be announced on 15th June 2011 on the following websites. DIETCET 2011 (District Institute of Education and Training Common Entrance Test) is an entrance test for admission into D.Ed. (Diploma in Education) in Andhra Pradesh. Governments owned District Institutes of Education and Training (DIETs) / Private Elementary Teacher Training Colleges admit students based on the ranks of DIETCET 2011. D.Ed. is earlier known as TTC (Teacher Training Certificate Course). The Key, Results, Counseling details of DIETCET 2011 will be conducted and released by Department of School Education, Andhra Pradesh and the same will be uploaded to www.dietcet2011.net. DIETCET 2011 Key (first and second) is available on on other websites like pratibhaplus.com, schools9.com, manabadi.co.in, kabconsultants.com etc. D.Ed. qualified candidates are eligible for primary schools teacher jobs in Government Primary Schools in Andhra Pradesh. 1. Start of DIETCET-2011 counseling: June 2011
2. End of DIETCET - 2011 counseling: June 2011

Fee for D.Ed. Course in DIET Colleges:

1 Fee for Govt. DIET Colleges: Rs. 2385
2. Fee for Private DIET Colleges: Rs. 12500

Original Certificates to be submitted along with a set of copies at the time of counseling:

1. DIETCET-2011 Rank card and Hall Ticket
2. Pass Certificate / Memorandum of Marks of qualifying examination (Intermediate)
3. Date of Birth Certificate (S.S.C)
4. Study certificates for the past 7 years
5. Integrated Community Certificate in case of BC/SC/ST candidates
6. Latest Income certificate of parents of SC / ST / BC candidates claiming fee exemption if the income from all sources is less than Rs.1,00,000/- p.a ( Subject to rules of Government at the time of counseling)
7. Residence certificate in case of Non-Local candidates
8. Transfer Certificate.

EAMCET 2011 Marks and Ranks- Weightage Procedure- 2010 Counseling Cut Offs

Following information will provide you a better understanding of Marks and Ranks in EAMCET with weightage for Intermediate Marks. EAMCET 2010 Marks and ranks after weightage are given below. Weightage for Intermediate marks in EAMCET was introduced in 2009. With this change in EAMCET rankings, Intermediate Group marks have become crucial in deciding EAMCET rankings. Intermediate Group Subjects marks only will be considered for 25 percent weightage. Remaining 75 percent Marks will be calculated from EAMCET Marks. Final Rankings of EAMCET will be announced after aggregating both Intermediate Group subjects and EAMCET marks. EAMCET 2010 Counseling Cut Offs for Engineering and Medical streams (College and Branch wise) will be provided on this blog very soon. Following are the details of weightage procedure and also 2010 EAMCET Ranks after weightage for Engineering and Medical streams:


For Intermediate Weightage:

If a candidate get 576 marks out of total 600 marks, his / ger weightage will be calculated like this....
576 / 600 X 25 = 24 Marks

For EAMCET Weightage:

Total marks of a candidate in EAMCET will be aggregated to 100 and 75 % weightage will be calculated from that marks. For example, if a candidate score 80 marks out of 160 in EAMCET, his marks in EAMCET will be...
80 / 160 X 75 = 37.5

Now both weightages will be added and final rank will be announced accordingly. This will be done like this...
Inter Weightage = 24 +
EAMCET weightage = 37.5
Total Marks = 61.5
Based on this marks, final ranks will be calculated.
