TSOSS - Telangana State Open School Admissions 2014-15
Telangana State has established its own Open School Society for admissions into various courses to be offered in Open Distance education. The APOSS has been dedicated for Andhra Pradesh only. The Telangana State Open School Society (TSOSS) will be for Telangana Open school admissions.
The TSOSS has issued admission notification for the academic year 2014-15. The candidates can apply for 10th class and Intermediate courses from 1st October to 31 October 2014.
Students can apply for the courses till 29th November 2014 with a late fee. The details will be updated on the website also. The enrolled students have to appear for the examinations conducted by TSOSS.
There will be separate study material and examination system for open school system candidates. The degrees will be considered on par with regular candidates.

Kaloji University of Health Sciences in Warangal from 2015-16
The Government of Telangana has decided to establish a new Health University in Warangal town. The University will be named after Kaloji Narayana Rao, a famous Telugu poet and writer from Telangana.
The medical and health institute will be named as Kaloji University of Health Sciences. The present NTR University of Health Sciences will be dedicated to the requirements of Andhra Pradesh only.
The Telangana Government may release an ordinance to establish the health university in Warangal. The town is already known ad education center. It has NIT and Kakatiya University along with several private technical and general colleges.
The medical degrees for Telangana students will be issued in the name of new university from the next academic year. The University will supervise all the processes related to medical education such as affiliations, admissions, examinations in Telangana State.
