Lateral Entry into Polytechnics for Vocational Students 2013

Hyderabad: The Department of Technical Education, Government of Andhra Pradesh has announced notification for admission into Polytechnics under lateral entry admission for the academic year 2013-14. Applications are invited from the Intermediate (Vocational) pass outs who have also passed in relevant Bridge Course with Maths, Physics and Chemistry subjects.

Admission into 2nd year Diploma in Engineering and Non-Engineering courses of 3 year duration offered by Govt / Aided / Private polytechnic colleges including 2nd shift colleges also will be through this notification only.

Fee reimbursement scheme will be applicable as per the rules and guidelines of the Social Welfare Department of the Government. Details of eligibility, application form, fee and counseling particulars are available on the website dteap.nic.in .
