Eligibility : Passed in Intermediate with Biology / Maths and Physical Science.
Age : Between 17 to 20 years.
Duration of course : Two years.
The prescribed application forms can be obtained form the Superintend, Sarojini Devi Eye Hospital (SDEH), Hyderabad by payment of Rs. 100 in person or by sending of DD for Rs. 100.
Only Hyderabad, Rangareddy, Meduk, Mahabubnagar, Nalgonda and Nizamabad candidates are eligible to apply. Last date for the submission of application form is 20th July, 2013.
