About 1000 seats in Govt medical colleges and 1025 MBBS seats in private colleges have not come under NEET for this year.
The admissions under private management quota seats of MBBS will be delayed this year in Telangana as the EAMCET 3 is yet to be conducted on 11 September 2016. The ranks of EAMCET 3 will be announced on 14 / 15 September 2016.
Private colleges are being prepared to fill 35 percent management quota seats through NEET ranks. But the fee has not been fixed by the authorities. The Government may allow the colleges to fill these seats after the announcement of results of EAMCET - 3.

Senior Inter Maths Part B Preparation Strategy for Telangana and AP Exams
Paper - B: The Circle is the first chapter in 'Coordinate Geometry' unit. It is defined in terms of locus, which was studied in first year paper-B. Locus defines various geometrical figures in coordinate geometry. Also, the chapter 'Translation of Axes' is used to derive important results such as parametric equations of a circle. "Learn to be silent and let your quiet mind listen and absorb" is the famous quotation best suitable in class rooms in learning about the circle and its various features.
Certain results that were studied in first year coordinate geometry are widely used in obtaining certain other results in second year coordinate geometry. For example, the foot of the perpendicular relation studied in 'Straight Line' is used to find the midpoint of the chord intercepted by a given circle and a line. The section formulae will come into use when it is required to find the relative positions of two circles. Thus, students are expected to remember the fundamentals, studied earlier.
The second chapter 'System of Circles' deals with more than one circle. The angle between two circles and radical axis concept are well studied in this chapter. While 'Law of Cosine' formula is used in measuring the angle between two intersecting circles, the concept of locus finds its way to define radical axis of two circles. The concept of S + .L = 0, of first year straight line is applied in solving certain problems related to radial axis.
Study 'Circle' well and you can follow 'conics' as well. All the concepts of 'circle' are helpful to understand the concepts of 'conics'. The three 'conics' are very important as far as examinations are concerned. . The conic 'Hyperbola' is important by virtue of the 'Asymptotes'. 'Asymptotes' is a special feature of the 'Hyperbola'. The angle between asymptotes is an important phenomenon of hyperbola.
'Calculus' unit deals with integration mainly in the second year intermediate course. Integration is regarded as the inverse process of differentiation. Standard forms, properties of integrals, integration by parts, partial fractions method, reduction formulae etc. are all important features of integration. . Thorough understanding of integration leads to thoroughly understand 'Definite Integrals'. This chapter is very much significant as it involves various properties and formulae. Students are advised to attempt the solved and exercise problems of the text book repeatedly. The grip over integration and definite integrals helps the students to perform well in examinations at any level.
'Differential Equations' is the last chapter in Paper-B. Forming and solving the equations are the two phases of study in this chapter. Finding the order and degree of a differential equation matters most as far as very short answer type questions are concerned. 8.1.5 must be referred to by any student along with the other exercise problems. . Students must concentrate on all the methods of "solving the differential equations". Senior Inter Maths Preparation Strategy for Paper A for AP and Telangana Students
Second year, which is also the final year, of two-year intermediate course, is crucial to students since it is career - deciding. MPC and MEC students, more prominently have to focus their attention on getting a decent aggregate of marks. With a good aggregate in hand, they can plan for anything high in their future education or life. Second year Intermediate Mathematics public Examination will be conducted in the form of paper-A and paper-B. Paper-A contains in it Algebra, Statistics and Probability units. Paper-B has only two units by name Coordinate Geometry and Calculus. In the examination, each paper carries a maximum of 75 marks.
Paper - A
Complex Numbers: This chapter involves definitions, geometrical representations, properties, polar forms and Argand diagram. This chapter is very much important with regard to preparation for IIT-JEE Examination. Application oriented problems may be given in such competitive examinations. Students are expected to be thorough with the above mentioned basic items.
De Moivre's Theorem: This theorem is proved by using the principle of mathematical induction, studied in first year paper-A. A complex number in polar form is used in the statement and proof of the theorem. The theorem is helpful in finding the nth roots of a complex number and thereby, nth roots of unity. This chapter carries a good weightage of marks along with the previous chapter. Students need to pay attention in their preparation with regard to every application of the theorem.
Quadratic Expressions: In this chapter, both quadratic expressions and equations in one variable are dealt with. Students will learn about signs of quadratic expressions, change in signs and extremum values in this chapter. The theorems based on these items are important in the examination point of view. The chapter also deals with quadratic inequations theoretically and also graphically. Students may feel this chapter easily understandable.
Theory of Equations: This chapter deals with the relation between the roots and the coefficients in an equation and also the methods of solving an equation when two or more of its roots are connected by certain relations. As a matter of reference, students can look into the solved problems and exercise 4(b) of the Akademi text book.
Another important topic in this chapter is, solving reciprocal equations. The methods of solving these equations must be understood carefully. For achieving perfection, students may practice the solved problems and exercise 4(d). Knowing thoroughly about this chapter leads to knowing algebra at any level in the study of future courses.
Permutations and Combinations: This chapter mainly deals with problems relating to puzzles that we come across in our daily life. This is based on the principle of counting. The knowledge of permutations and combinations helps to know about probability. This is treated as a self contained topic in Mathematics under the name of 'Vikalpa' by renowned mathematician 'Mahavira' in 9th century A.D. Several important theorems and results are stated in this chapter. This chapter is significant in view of a number of applications in day to day life.
Various instances can be cited with regard to the applications of permutations and combinations. Choosing five questions out of seven questions in a question paper, selecting a cricket team of eleven players from out of twenty members, etc... are based on the principle of this chapter only. . Permutations arranged circularly come under circular permutations. Making a garland with same or different coloured flowers is the best example in our day to day life. Students must solve all exercise problems so as to enable themselves to gain perfection.
Understanding the concept of combinations is much easier when compared to that of permutations. There exist good number of theorems and results which are useful at the time of solving problems. In competitive examinations, this chapter has a prominent role and students must be aware of all types of problems.
Binomial Theorem: This theorem is proved by using the principle of mathematical induction. This has a wide range of applications. 'Binomial Coefficients' is a special feature of 'Binomial Theorem'. They have many properties with which students must be thorough. The problems given in the text book on this topic are all important and examination worthy. Binomial theorem for rational index is very much significant and the last exercise in this chapter is an example to it. Students are advised to solve the last exercise completely.
Partial Fractions and Statistics: These two are easy chapters in terms of the subject content and marks. 'Less effort - More marks' best suits these two chapters.
Probability: This is based on the concept of permutations and combinations. In fact, probability is an extension of them. It deals with the phenomenon of chance or randomness. Postulates, results, theorems and illustrations are involved in this chapter. The theory of probability is the science of logic quantitatively treated. Students are required to thoroughly understand the concept of the theory of probability. They are also advised to solve all the exercise problems for a good score in the annual examination. Problems related to addition, multiplication and Bayee theorems are likely to appear in the examinations. This chapter needs a repeated practice before the examinations.
Distributions: Most of the problems of science as well as daily life are concerned with a numerical value associated with the outcome of an experiment. For instance, we may be able to know the probability of 12 coins showing up 10 heads, when tossed at a time. The concept of random variable solves the problems of this type. There exist derivations for finding mean and variance of a random variable and their formulae are very much to be remembered.

A complex number in polar form is used in the statement and proof of the theorem. The theorem is helpful in finding the nth roots of a complex number and thereby, nth roots of unity. This chapter carries a good weightage of marks along with the previous chapter. Students need to pay attention in their preparation with regard to every application of the theorem.
Quadratic Expressions: In this chapter, both quadratic expressions and equations in one variable are dealt with. Students will learn about signs of quadratic expressions, change in signs and extremum values in this chapter. The theorems based on these items are important in the examination point of view. The chapter also deals with quadratic inequations theoretically and also graphically. Students may feel this chapter easily understandable.
Theory of Equations: This chapter deals with the relation between the roots and the coefficients in an equation and also the methods of solving an equation when two or more of its roots are connected by certain relations. As a matter of reference, students can look into the solved problems and exercise 4(b) of the Akademi text book.
Another important topic in this chapter is, solving reciprocal equations. The methods of solving these equations must be understood carefully. For achieving perfection, students may practice the solved problems and exercise 4(d). Knowing thoroughly about this chapter leads to knowing algebra at any level in the study of future courses.
Permutations and Combinations: This chapter mainly deals with problems relating to puzzles that we come across in our daily life. This is based on the principle of counting. The knowledge of permutations and combinations helps to know about probability. This is treated as a self contained topic in Mathematics under the name of 'Vikalpa' by renowned mathematician 'Mahavira' in 9th century A.D. Several important theorems and results are stated in this chapter. This chapter is significant in view of a number of applications in day to day life.
Various instances can be cited with regard to the applications of permutations and combinations. Choosing five questions out of seven questions in a question paper, selecting a cricket team of eleven players from out of twenty members, etc... are based on the principle of this chapter only. . Permutations arranged circularly come under circular permutations. Making a garland with same or different coloured flowers is the best example in our day to day life. Students must solve all exercise problems so as to enable themselves to gain perfection.
Understanding the concept of combinations is much easier when compared to that of permutations. There exist good number of theorems and results which are useful at the time of solving problems. In competitive examinations, this chapter has a prominent role and students must be aware of all types of problems.
Binomial Theorem: This theorem is proved by using the principle of mathematical induction. This has a wide range of applications. 'Binomial Coefficients' is a special feature of 'Binomial Theorem'. They have many properties with which students must be thorough. The problems given in the text book on this topic are all important and examination worthy. Binomial theorem for rational index is very much significant and the last exercise in this chapter is an example to it. Students are advised to solve the last exercise completely.
Partial Fractions and Statistics: These two are easy chapters in terms of the subject content and marks. 'Less effort - More marks' best suits these two chapters.
Probability: This is based on the concept of permutations and combinations. In fact, probability is an extension of them. It deals with the phenomenon of chance or randomness. Postulates, results, theorems and illustrations are involved in this chapter. The theory of probability is the science of logic quantitatively treated. Students are required to thoroughly understand the concept of the theory of probability. They are also advised to solve all the exercise problems for a good score in the annual examination. Problems related to addition, multiplication and Bayee theorems are likely to appear in the examinations. This chapter needs a repeated practice before the examinations.
Distributions: Most of the problems of science as well as daily life are concerned with a numerical value associated with the outcome of an experiment. For instance, we may be able to know the probability of 12 coins showing up 10 heads, when tossed at a time. The concept of random variable solves the problems of this type. There exist derivations for finding mean and variance of a random variable and their formulae are very much to be remembered.
Similarly, knowledge of binomial theorem and binomial coefficients is helpful in tackling the problems of probability distributions. The exercises under this chapter need a good practice for a good score.

1000 Medical Seats in Private Medical Colleges in Andhra Pradesh 2016-17
The Medical Council of India (MCI) has approved in principle for the MBBS / Dental (Medical) seats in various private colleges in Andhra Pradesh for the academic year 2016-17.
The MCI has approved for about 1000 seats in medical and dental colleges in AP. The seats are sanctioned after assurances from the colleges for providing proper infrastructure, faculty and facilities.
There will 1000 seats in private medical colleges in AP under A, B, and C categories. 50 percent of these seats will be filled under Convener quota through web counseling.
35 percent of seats will be filled through NEET scores and remaining 15 percent seats will be allotted for NRI quota. The colleges are in dilemma as there is dearth of candidates for NEET quota seats.

Candidates who have not taken admission anywhere so far and secured a rank in TS EAMCET 2016 can attend for spot admissions.

MBBS and BDS Seat Allotments on 10th August 2016 for AP Colleges
Dr NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada (NTRUHS) will announce the allotment of medical and dental seats for the academic year 2016-17 on 10th August. The MBBS and BDS seats will be filled through web counseling.
The entry of web options for MBBS and BDS seats will start from 6th August 2016 and will be continued till 8th August 2016. Following is the rank wise schedule:
Ranks up to 5000: On 6th and 7th August 2016
Ranks 5001 to Last Rank: 8th August 2016
Candidates who have qualified in AP EAMCET - 2016 BiPC stream and appeared for certification last month can exercise web options through internet at home or helpline centers.

AP ICET 2016 Final Phase Web Counseling Schedule Announced
The final phase counseling notification for AP ICET - 2016 has been released. The schedule for certificate verification and web options exercising for the academic year 2016-17 is available on the AP ICET website at www.apicet.nic.in
The qualified candidates for AP ICET 2016 for admission into MBA and MCA courses are informed that web based counseling for certificate verification commences on 9 August 2016.
Exercising of web options also starts from 9th August 2016 and continued till 10th August 2016. For complete details and rank wise schedule refer the detailed notification available on the website.
There is no rush for the MBA and MCA courses in Andhra Pradesh. All the qualified candidates are likely to get seats in either MBA or MCA course.

Telangana EAMCET 3 to be held on 11 September 2016 - Schedule Announced
The Government of Telangana has decided to scrap TS EAMCET 2 and conduct fresh examination, TS EAMCET - 2 on 11 September 2016. The EAMCET 3 will be conducted by JNTU Hyderabad. Detailed schedule will be announced soon.
The Government is proposed to prepare a question bank for EAMCET - 3 and the same will be made available for all the students on the EAMCET website.
EAMCET - 3 will be held from 10 AM to 1 PM on 11th September 2016. The results will be announced within 5 days.
The CET committee which will be meating on 6th August will announce the schedule for issue of hall tickets, key, results and admissions counseling. EAMCET 3 will be paper - pencil exam and will be conducted in Government institutions.

North South Foundation Scholarships 2016 - Last Date is 31 August 2016
Notification for North South Foundation (NSF) Scholarships for Excellence has been released for the year 2016-17. The North South Foundation is an USA based organisation offering scholarships for the poor and meritorious students. The organisation is proposed to offer 3000 scholarships across the country for this year.

Center for Development of Advanced Computing (CDAC), Hyderabad has announced notification for Spot Admissions for M.Tech Electronics Design and Technology for the academic year 2016-17. The CDAC is jointly offering this course in association with SCSVMV University.
